Preparation, submission and consultation on Brownfield Redevelopment Community Improvement Plans with various municipalities in Ontario.
Planning and consultation by a QPESA to navigate the new Ontario Reg. 406/19 - On-Site and Excess Soil Management Regulation now in effect in Ontario. Paterson has a team of Qualified Persons for Environmental Site Assessment (QPESAs) to prepare the required planning reports and provide expert consultation throughout the project
On site remedial supervision to obtain a Record of Site Condition or site restoration to applicable site condition standards.
Records of Site Condition prepared and submitted to the Ontario Ministry of the Environment Conservation and Parks (MECP) to be filed in the Environmental Site Registry to confirm that the site condition is in compliance with applicable environmental standards.
